The traditional Nepali handmade paper, also known as Lokta Paper,
is made from the bark of Daphne Cannabina or Daphne Papyracea (plant Materials).
The Lokta plant grows in Nepal at an altitude of 6500 to 10,000 ft. This
material has characteristics of regenerating after six year of cutting, that
makes it an environment friendly paper.
