I am Joe Hempen. I live in St. Louis, Mo. I am a "seasoned" businessman. I've spent 34 years as a CEO and working with other owners helping them to develop a winning image, strategy and to improve organizational performance.

I am a "old dog" who loves learning new tricks. Over the years, I have invested close to $100,000 in personal, business and organizational development materials and learning experiences. They have help me to develop and grow my businesses. They also improved I as a human being and business executive.

Of late, I've been focusing on organizational effectiveness, complexity, new leadership ideas, participatory management and quantum mechanics in business. Why? These ideas explain what I was doing intuitively for years.

They also explain the business environment that I and peers have been living with for years. It called a "white water world." Gone are the days of the slow moving pond. Todays's world is as rafting the white waters of a fast pace river.
