The District 12 meeting at the Eagles in Emporia opened Sunday afternoon about 2:40, with a moment of silence for our fallen brothers and sisters, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Some of our members rode to Cassoday this morning to hand out fliers for the District 12 Bike Show. Attendance was small, with 20 members and two guests present. One of our guests was "Cowboy" who Sarge and Paul met in Cassoday this morning.
Minutes were read and approved and so was the financial report. Sarge gave his report on the State meeting in Dodge City last week and asked about friends and family who might be in distress. |
