EVIL DEEDS: Secretly molesting Altar Boys under pretext of showing affection towards them by hugging them. Bringing some male parishioners on seperate occasions into his bedroom and molesting them on his bed. Stripped himself naked and masturbates with his victims either in his office in St Vincent De Paul or at the homes of his parishioner.
Was caught and reported to ARCHBISHOP NICHOLAS CHIA.
Presently not allowed to leave premises of the Cathedral without permission of Msgr or the Archbishop himself.

Misled his BIBLE GROUP into thinking that he is heterosexual and condemning Gays when Andrew himself is 100 percent GAY.
- Ex-novice from the Brothers of Mercy.
EVIL DEEDS:
- Made sexual advances towards some seminarians and was reported by a Dominican that he had offered to perform Oral Sex services on them.
- Claims to Possess Spiritual Powers from Jesus:
Ability to sense foods which had been offered at Altars of Buddhist and other Religions!
Andrew would go into convulsions and vomit out food which he claims to have been offered at these altars making his followers think he possess extraordinary spiritual powers from God. (He deliberately consumes food which he had foreknowledge of them being offered at these altars , and then puts up an act to vomit out after consumption, as if he has power to sense that the food has been offered to evil Gods, proving to his followers that he must never be defiled by such foodstuff!)
Unknowing to Andrew, Brother Superior of the Brothers of Mercy tested him for a few weeks with foodstuffs from various temples of other religions and Andrew was unable to sense anything as like he did in front of his Bible Study Groups.
- Claims to recieve messages from JESUS in the Tabernacle during his Charismatic Prayer sessions. These messages were later proved to be untrue by a lady who complained that Andrew had accused her of something which is untrue.
Andrew claimed that JESUS himself told him these false messages from the Tabernacle.
This was reported to the superior.
- Told numerous lies against his confreres in the Brothers of Mercy.
When confronted, Andrew totally denied his misdeeds.
- Falsely accused Brother Superior of commiting sexual offense to ArchBishop Nicholas Chia to gain favour and create good image of himself to ArchBishop Nicholas Chia.
- Andrew Chee committed numerous Homosexual incidences with the Male Malay Gardener of St Michael's School.
- Assisted Rev Fr Adrian Anthony in covering up the Sex Scandal at St Vincent De Paul's Church in Seletar Hills.
