| A BIT ABOUT US... |
| Car owner Billie Evans and his son James (PeeWee) decided to take up Stock Car Racing as a hobby in the fall of 1994 and Evans Racing has been evolving ever since. It all started at Flamboro Speedway in a Challenger partnered with Scott Fletcher. From there, a new Challenger was built for 1995, a new Mosport Latemodel in 1997, a new Super Latemodel for 2001 and another new one for 2002. We ran with the OSLR series in 2001 and 2002 and really enjoyed it! We raced a Dirt Modified occasionally in 2004 at Merrittville Speedway and PeeWee shared this ride with Travis Cunningham. 2004 was an exciting season with the OSCAAR Super Latemodel Outlaw Series. Unfortunately 2005 was short-lived due to Billie having surgery and we raced at Mosport and Kawartha with the OSCAAR series for 2006. Our intent for the 2007 season is to race at Mosport, Kawartha and Cayuga and perhaps venture to the dirt again... stay tuned!. Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. | Marketing opportunities are available for your small business or your large corporation. The OSCAAR Series attracts several fans to each of the seven race tracks we visit. Those being, Kawartha, Flamboro, Sunset, Peterborough, Mosport, Barrie and Sauble Beach. The highway travel time to these different areas in southern Ontario provide ample advertising time and exposure for any business. We are constantly exposed to the public, media and other businesses during the summer months. We would sincerely love to have you as a part of our race team! | 1995 - Flamboro Challenger Rookie of the Year - 3 Feature Wins 1998 - First Latemodel Feature Win 1999 - 2nd place in the MVP Super Latemodel Series 3 race challenge at Mosport Speedway. - 5 feature wins as a Latemodel at Mosport Speedway. 2000 - 2 Feature Wins 2002 - OSLR Series Champion - 1 Feature Win 2007 - 1st OSCAAR Feature Win - Kawartha Speedway |
