Up, Down, Left, and Right Arrows - Movement of character on screen and move the highlighter in the menus

Esc - Cancels any action, brings up the status screen

Enter - accepts highlighted choice in menus, talks to people, opens chests/barrels/drawers ect, scrolls messages, investegates items in front of some one.
