Good morning fellowers ...

Hi - here is Achim Guenzel from Germay speaking, i just came back from the
Essen Game Fair, got some hours of sleep and now ready for action.
Most people already know for sure - but I still have to tell - Duell of the
Fates really rocks.
We had a PreRelease here yesterday - with a Council Starter, 2 BoN Booster
and 3 Duell of the Fates Booster - i was lucky to talk a friend of mine in
the tournament so i was able to get those cards twice ;-)

Anyway - my card were very good i ended with a Aura Sing, a Darth Sidious,
the Taxi Driver (don't ask me about his name - i don't have the cards in
front of me at the moment), and 2 of the Starfighter Droids, so I got 5 out
of 6 DotF Rares - I felt not happy for the guy i switched cards with. From
Battle of Naboo I also had a destiny 5 Tank. Ah before I forgot, its really
cool that Aura Sings LS is a uncommon so i ended up with two of them. So i
was able to duell ;-)
During Deck Construction i thought about doing a thing what i never did in a
yj sealed deck - including those mauls from the starter - and after a short
thought - and after finding those nice destiny switcher battle cards i put
them in - maybe i can get them on Coruscant to duell some stuff.

The game began, and to make a long story short - I won the first game
easily, the second one also (Aura with her LS won easily the third planet),
but in the third game it was getting mean, we were at the third planet
(Naboo) i started with the Effect that lets you look at your opponents
destiny and let you decide if you put it on bottom of his draw deck or let
it there (this card is really mean - there are so many oportunitys of what
you can do with this card) and he started with a card what gave Panaka and
NabooOfficers two Extra Power, and guess what - he played Panaka and some
Officers ... thanks ;-) ... i had no chance there ... my tank was easily
killed, and also Darth Sidious stay there was really short, so game three
was lost. And this time i was a little bit unhappy (no - not really) but i
really want a duell ;-) So game 4 started, she won the first planet, with
Yoda, ah that would be an easy duell bait, but no LS at this moment, so we
went to coruscant, where maul with a stick got a lot of respect and we went
to Naboo ... and here we go, my Darth Sidious found his way, armed with a
stolen Stick, and he faced there Obi also armed with a stick, so it was
power 6 to power 5 for obi, but i really didn't care - my main goal for this
moment was - I WANT A DUELL - so i started it - and okay i lost 2-4 :-( next
turn she initiated a duell it was 3-3 - okay i learnd my lesson and saw she
has more power so Achim won't duell anymore. So my turn and back to normal
battle action, but poor Sidious lost in that battle against that mean Obi
Wan - that also meant i lost the game -
but hey ... i duelled ...

so i went 2-2 and ended in the middle of the pack, we were around 40 people
there as far as i know, i got a pack of BoN, the top finisher got some DotF
again ;-) ... before leaving everyone was handed out another booster of
DotF - so that was nice ;-)

Today, there will be another one - but i am at home :-( that means 150 miles
away ...

Okay now to another topic ... that really make me a little bit thinking, i
dont know how much about this is true - but i really like to know ...

Enhanced Battle of Naboo, i just checked my mail and got those mails from
the listserver, those guys say the have the info from force.net. there is a
realese date around mid december ... but there is also a note "not for
germany" - i hope this belongs to the release date - and doesn't mean that
EBoN will not released in Germany ?!?!
Anyway, I really don't understand why we here in Germany get now later
release dates ? Anyone from Decipher can comment on that ?
