Germany, Sealed Deck Tournament Report

Sealed Deck Tournament 25th March 2000 Well, I had to say this was quit a funny event. Kyle Heuer and Joeri Hoste visited Germany for a "Bedrohung des Darth Maul"-demotour, and one date for this was my Sealed-Deck-Tournament at Castrop-Rauxel (can you guys say "Castrop-Rauxel"? :-) ). We had 20 players for that tournament, with Winfried Sommerfeld, Benjamin Fadda and Dominik Probst as Top 10 Players, not to forget Joeri & Kyle. The tournament went quiet well, with Winni Somerfeld and Bartosz Przybylek winning all their games. But in the end, Bartosz had the higher life force and won the package of Sebulba foil & Anakin foil. You may ask yourself: What about Kyle and Joeri? Well, Joeri had not his best day, placing 20th (he rolled the field up from behind...) and Kyle placed 7th. But I have to add to this, that they hab a bounty on their head. Players who win against them recieved 2 Boosters of german YJ. So you can imagine, how hard it was for both of them ;-) In game 4 they had to play against each other, so we thought, maybe we should do here something special! So the loser had to do something for the winner. In the end, Kyle won and Joeri had to sign of of Kyle´s cards, accepting Kyle as his idol... Thats all for now, fellow´s, and may the force be with you!
