Michael remembered his brother's first day of puberty all too clearly. The two of them had just moved into separate rooms, from the childhood nursery they'd shared; two rooms of identical size (Michael's so messy he couldn't tell the color of the walls, Lucifel's a clean, clinical white), joined by a common bathroom.

Lucifel had simply gone into that bathroom one day, and stayed there in absolute silence for a long, long time. Long enough that Michael began to worry; he, Michael the reckless, who never worried.

After about an hour of pounding on the door, it opened, and caught by momentum, Michael found himself tumbling into the somewhat rumpled embrace of Lucifel's arms, the latter wearing an uncharacteristically sheepish grin.. and very little else.

Their shared bathroom was in shambles.
