We teach many classes a year through the International Association of Reiki Professionals(TM) (IARP). Reiki I & II are taught during a weekend intensive.  Both attunements are given.  All the information and techniques are covered below.
The most important principle engaged in practice and discussion is the Usui Reiki Ryoho System as a secular enlightenment system and a healing art.  This course also provides each student with a Reiki I attunement, a special process experienced within the class to attain individual connectivity to the Reiki Source.  The course curriculum includes:
- The Heart of Reiki
- Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction
- How Reiki works
- Different uses of Reiki
-The History of Reiki
- Japanese Reiki Techniques: Gassho Meditation, Byosen Scanning, Kenyoku, Kokiho,
  Jachi-kiri-joka-ho, Gyoshi-ho and Enkaku Chiryo
- Usui's original Gassho breathing exercise/meditation
- A guided relaxing meditation
- The Attunement
- How to utilize Dr. Usui's Three Pillars of Reiki in a Reiki session
- How to apply a complete Reiki session to youreslf
- How to apply the "Hayashi Healing Guide"
- A Certificate of Completion is issued after course completion
Plus, additional techniques using Reiki:
- Chakra and Aura Cleansing/ Balancing
- Reiki energizer and golden egg meditation
- Reiki Chi Ball exercise to feel the energy
Reiki II
Level II prepares you for the use of Reiki energy for the benefit for one's self and others utilizing Reiki symbols and special techniques to assist in a wide array of ailments and habits.  The level II attunement is designed to increase your channel or your ability to handle and allow the Reiki enrgy to flow.  The course Curriculum includes:
-  A Reiki Symbol discussion, explanation of symbols and benefits with their use
- How to use Reiki on unwanted attitudes and habits
- How to send Reiki at a distance, which can be used in the past, present and future issues
- Usui's original Gassho beathing exercise/meditation
- Japanese Reiki Techniques: Gassho Meditation, Byosen Scanning, Kenyoku, Kokiho, Jachi-kiri-
   joka-ho, Gyoshi-ho and Enkaku Chiryo
- A relaxing guided meditation
- Level II attunement, a special process that allows individual connectivity with the Reiki Source
  using Reiki Symbols
- How to utilize Dr. Usui's Three Pillars of Reiki in a session
- How to apply a complete session for self and others using the Reiki symbols
- How to apply Byosen Scanning, the ability to sense energies
- How to apply beaming, the ability to send energy at a distance
- How to apply the "Hayashi Healing Guide"
- A Certificate of Achievement is issued after course completion
Plus, additional techniques using Reiki:
- Chakra and Aura Cleansing/Balancing for self and others
- How to visualize auras
- How to apply the Reiki energizer and the golden egg meditation using the symbols (A form of
  Bioenergy balancing)
- Reiki Chi Ball exercise and its use in treating self and others in the past, present and future
