Hello, and welcome to Cape Cod.  We've set up this site to provide information on how to use the house, provide guidelines, and hopefully assist you in making your vacation on Cape Cod a  wonderful experience. 

Whether it is your first time to the Cape or you are a seasoned visitor we're sure you will enjoy this location.

The 3500 sq. ft. house works very nicely for a two family gathering as there are two separate bedroom areas on 3 plus levels.  Two bedrooms and a bath on the lower level and two bedrooms and a bath on level 2.  A third full bathroom with washer and dryer is on the main level, and a 5th loft bedroom/office at the top level.  (See What's There).

This delightful home is  truly a children's paradise!  Inside it is loaded with toys, games, books, movies, kid-sized tables, and play house.  Outside on the big grass lawn they will find a swingset-playstructure with slides and a fort, sports equipment, boats, and sand toys.  A private sandy beach with a floating swim raft is in the backyard.  The Cape Cod bike trail is just up the street. 

No kids?  You will love the fresh and cozy designer decorated rooms, most with views of the pond.  For a quiet place to read or sneak in a nap,  be sure to  linger in the hammock.  With so many great restaurants nearby you may choose not to cook, but the kitchen is fully stocked, ready to entertain, and all the appliances are new.

Call anywhere in the country at no charge on the OOMA telephone system.  There is an answering machine, and a computer with high speed internet access.
