Safety and Health Integrated Safety System

 

Program Purpose: 

A reactive approach to Safety is expensive for the company and the employee.  Injuries and work comp costs take away from the bottom line profitability of the company as well as create hardships for our employees.  The purpose for implementing the Integrated Safety System is to build integration os Safety & Health into business functions rather than simply comply with safety programs or regulations.  Implementation of the Integrated Safety System is both compliance oriented and proactive. 

Implementing a Total Business Integrated Safety System correlates to improved and sustained performance improvements resulting in better production and better shareholder performance.

 

 

Objective:  Attain world-class performance in Environmental, Health, and Safety performance

 

 

Foundation:  A Safety System, focuses on a Systems approach to Safety. 

Compliance is non-negotiable, Compliance is a minimum expectation, Cost effective and Proactive management establish “Best Management Practices”, Visible Senior Management Commitment promotes Risk Reduction, Proactive behavior by all employees is critical to success, and bottom line profitability of the company.
