WENDLAND DRAGONS
BACK TO HOMEPAGE
The dragons have left Wendland to attend their yearly convention
in the  mountains of  Fraghstan.  They will be gone for a whole
month and it will be both peaceful and boring.
For one thing there will be no snorting and belching of flames, or the hissing of a creek turned into steam.  I will not have to run out the doors screaming and yelling "enough already, enough".
   I will
not have to  listen to the squeaky complaints of the little creatures who feel  endangered, or hear  the  wails of the fairies about  the stupidity of some of the dragons.
But I will miss the visits of Nebbish, who regularly pokes his cindered nose in the kitchen window and recites poetry to me while I wash the dishes.  Life will not be as pleasurable as it is during my visits to the cave of Plume'  who spends his idle times creating magical pearl  sculptures  which are so delightful that I can spend hours in the contemplation of them.    Plume' is also  full of  endless  philosophical  opinions on the  meaning and uses  for his sculptures.
Copper who has excellent taste in fashion accessories is always around when I need to consult her on how to accent a costume of mine and  I will miss her darling French accent.  She is very feminine and is always borrowing my nail polish.  One of my tiny bottles only does a single toe of hers and she is always begging for more bottles.
I have included a sketch that I have done of her on this page.
