SEASON TWO: 2005-2006
September 2005  Ripping Up The Backyard
The plaintiffs brought the defendant on, claiming his pool-diggers did shoddy work.  They even claimed the workers went to the bathroom in their bushes, something one of the defendant's admitted to because the plaintiffs didn't allow them to use their bathroom.  The plaintiffs also said thhat the workers smoked and drank with their daughter!  Oddly enough, the daughter testified against her parents, saying they were not nice to the workers.  In the end, Judge Akim ruled in favor of the plaintiffs.  The wife was given a backhoe and was given an hour to dig up the defendant's backyard.  Of course, the defendant was not to happy with the huge hole left in his yard.

10-3-2005  Fake Psychic Slimed
The plaintiff brought psychic Cassandra to court claiming she had no clue about the future.  He was also upset because his wife was spending too much of their money on her.  His wife took the stand in Cassandra's defense, saying Cassandra knew what she was doing.  What better way to find out then by having a psychic-off.  Extreme Akim had Cassandra go up against a credentialed psychic in front of a roaring audience.  Kato selected audience members for readings.  The real psychic got everything right, while Cassandra failed miserably.  As the credits on the show rolled, bailff Big Sugar Ray paid a visit to Cassandra's house with a bucket of slime.  When she came to the door, Sugar Ray slimed her for being a fraud.
10-19-2005  Overbearing Stage Moms
Desiree brought Cassidy on the show claiming Cassidy ruined her daughter's chances for winning a beauty pageant.  She wanted $800.  The girls were out in the beginning, but went backstage with Kato so the moms could talk trash.  Desiree said Cassidy told judges that her daughter was too old for the competition and even through gum in her girl's hair to get her disqualified.  Both women were disqualified.  Extreme Akim had the women battle it out in their own beauty pageant.  They did each other's makeup and came out looking like clowns.  The "pageant" judge thought they were both pathetic mothers and pushed them into a pool.
11-7-2005  "Granny's Got A Gun"
Kiki and her brother thought their 79-year-old grandmother, Sylvestra, was too old to have a gun.  Sylvestra, who referred to her grandchildren as her "former grandchildren," said she had the gun for portection.  The big shocker of this case:  grandma brought the gun to court.  It was quickly confiscated and found to be unloaded.  Judge Extreme Akim said he would get metal detectors at the entrances of the studio and said he would not have been so forgiving if the gun was loaded.  So, would she keep her gun?  Extreme Akim had Kiki and grandma face off in a paintball contest.  They each wore a taregt.  Whoever had the most paint on them lost.  17-year-old Kiki's gun was not loaded because she was too young.  Grandma thought that was to teach her to respect her elders.
11-11-2005  "Elvis vs. Elvis"
Jack and Danny were both Elvis impersonators who hated each other.  Jack was a skinny Elvis, Danny was a fat Elvis.  Both came to court dressed in Vegas style clothes.  Jack claimed that Danny tried to rig his performance by messing with his sound and wanted payback.  The best part of this case came when Jack performed his act for the court.  He jumped all over, even singing to a woman in the audience!  Danny refused to perform, claiming he was under contract.  To settle their feud, Extreme Akim had them face off in a peanut butter and banana sandwich eating contest. (That was Elvis's favorite food.)  Surprisingly, skinny Elvis Jack won the contest!
11-22-2005  "Dominating Daddy"
Mike thought his belly-dancing ex-wife was setting a bad example for their six-year-old daughter, Rachael.  His ex said Mike was a stalker, security guard wannabe who would often show up where Rachael was to spy on her.  Mike brought some fake-looking letters to court, claiming they were written on a computer by his daughter.  The audience booed him for the fake-looking evidence.  Extreme Akim ruled against Mike for being too controlling and ordered revenge at a restaurant.  As Mike was eating, cameras and a dominatrix walked in.  The dominatrix forced Mike to wear nothing but a diaper as she made him get on his knees in front of diners.  Yes, she even brought dog food for Mike to eat.  Mike learned to be less of a control freak.
2-13-2006  "Roller Girls"
The five plaintiffs said defendant Chris Smith wrote a negative review of their roller derby show.   In it, he said roller derby is fake and the plaintiffs were not athletic.  The problem:  Smith never even went to their show!  He took Extreme Akim that he did research on the Internet.  He also said that women's sports are boring.  The girls proved him wrong by showing the court their bruises.  Extreme Akim found in favor of the roller girls and had them take on Smith and his friends on skates.  The girls won and Smith wound up on his butt several times.
Former Cheaters host Tommy Habeeb created and hosted Eye For An Eye in its first season. Since the show was a success, it was picked up in number of markets for daily syndication in 2005.  Habeeb handed his mic over to former O.J. Simpson houseguest, Kato Kaelin. Kaelin only lasted for the show's second season and was not replaced for the third. Eye For An Eye is like no other court show because litigants are actually able to get even with each other.  Watch as Judge Extreme Akin hands down verdicts with a baseball bat, instead of a gavel.  The bailiff is Big Sugar Ray. DVDs of Eye for an Eye are available on the show's official website.  Official Website: eyeforaneyetv.com
