We're located in the Maple Syrup capital of Ontario - Lanark County - just north of Perth on the beautiful shores of Bennett Lake.
We combine the best of new technology and old fashioned flavour. Our modern vacuum tubing systems and Reverse Osmosis machine ensure high quality sap can be quickly delivered to our wood-fired evaporator. The result is a product we're extremely proud of and one we know you'll enjoy!
Our patriarch and 3rd generation syrup producer, George, passed away in August of 2008 at 58 years young. He is dearly missed by all who knew him. Karen, Marty & Andy, along with a lot of help from family and friends, will be continuing the family tradition. We hope we will make him proud.

If you are unable to visit us, our syrup is sold at the Balderson Village Cheese on Highway #511 just north of Perth or we will be at the Festival of the Maples on April 25 opposite Perth Restaurant. If you live in Ottawa or Toronto, Andy or Marty can make arangements to get syrup to you.

April 14/09- It's all over but the cleanup!!! We boiled for the last time yesterday and now we need to wash almost 20 miles of tubing and 7600 gallons of storage tanks so they are clean and ready for next year. We had our best year ever and a lot was learned.
If you can't visit us to buy our syrup both Balderson Cheese and Foodsmiths (Perth) have our syrup in stock.
He is dearly missed!!!
