Push-ups, sit-ups, squats, duck walks, face the sun, helicopter, snake crawl, overnight sa grandstand for early-morning joggings, fund raisings, hell day, etc. Pero everytime we overcome those trials, igsihanay ug pakatalanay nga mga survivors ta. Pakitaanay ug gagmayng samad like they are 'badges of valor'. That those survivals further strengthened our machismo.  Those trials also developed one good thing for us - brotherhood.
