My name is Kevin Callahan and I am a writing instructor for English Composition at the University of Minnesota. I am a Ph.D. candidate in the anthropology department with a specialization in archaeology and international rock art studies. I am interested in the rock art of the Upper Midwest, Scotland, and Hawaii. I have taught or been a teaching assistant in many classes in different subject areas including Human Origins, Rise of Civilizations, Native Peoples of the Southwest, English Composition, etc. I have traveled in 33 countries outside of the United States and all 50 states. I have scuba dived on the Great Barrier Reef, jumped out of an airplane, become a certified night ice diver, run Grandma's Marathon, and done many other fun things in my life. I have been a past President of the Minnesota Society of the Archaeological Institute of America.
