On the First day of the conference dinner will be preceeded by live band in attendance with a Dance Floor.

The Second Night is organised as a Goan Fiesta Nite with a Gala Dinner. A traditional Goan Carnival theme is being arranged for sheer enjoyment with Audience participation & revelry with King Momo’s parade and the merry makers & clowns. Face painters would invite people to feel the pulse of the carnival & participate in the parade. Limbo dancers, live bands in attendance would be expected to have the delegates & accompanying persons on their toes unwinding to the music. The warm sea winds are expected to beckon participants to enjoy their cocktails and get them all hungry to savor the delights of a traditional Goan Gala dinner serving the best of both the Goan Saraswat Hindu & Roman Catholic cuisine. Separate counters are being planned to accommodate the vegetarians separately from the non-vegetarians. Separate counters are also being planned for hard liquor, beverages, assorted wines and a very exclusive one for the Fenny based drinks. No additional charges would be levied for this Fiesta Nite.
