All Our Animals

Keep in mind while looking over our animals that with the exception of the new additions this year (the mice) we evacuated with ALL the others during the flood! Now it is a bit easier to understand why we checked in as Mr. & Mrs. Noah? Hehehe

*These are our "Inside" animals*

/\ This is Shasta our Momma Dog. Shasta was a valentine gift back in 1988. When I can get to our pictures I'll add one of her as a pup. Shasta has raised: Fresca, Buster, Duke & Duchess	/\ Fresca was an UGLY kitten. I got him summer of 1989 partly to keep Shasta company and partly because someone had just dumped him in an empty field. A friend at work asked if I'd take him.	/\He is a GREAT barn mouser! He is VERY kind and brings them in to us (normally on OUR BED!) He JUST does NOT understand why he can NOT have the 2 in the aquarium for Lunch ACK!	/\ This is Buster. He is Luke's Dog, we got him July 1990 as a pup.	/\ Buster likes to show off as well as beg. If we tell him to sit up pretty this is the little dance we get.
This is the ------> kids we deal with :) Shasta is waiting for me to kick her outside :) I let them in for this picture, normally they are allowed into laundry room only.			I was pet ------> deprived as a child. Our son will probably not want any when he moves out :)

	<------Duke & Duchess were my Christmas Present. They were late getting here :) Jan 1998. They were about 3 months old here. 2/98		<------This is their first home. We had the bottom half and added the top half and the tube around for them to run. Duke out grew this cage!

This is their new ------> Condo. It was My birthday present from the family to my babies :)		Duchess thinks ----> she is sneaking out. We have been giving them more running time since the house is a bit more secured.
	<------ When out, Duke's favorite place is the bathroom. He's normally flopped on the floor not the rug :)		<------ They were watching us take the pictures of the dogs looked so cute had to take this one :)



/\ I just added all the fancy tubing to Pixie & Bixie's home. Pixie loves to run around the round tube.		/\ Pixie taking a break after his run. We found Pixie as a tiny baby in the back field 8/99. He's about 2 months here 9/99.		/\ This was taken after Pixie came home. (He got out for a few stressful HOURS) Think he got a bit hungry and thirsty from his adventures

	/\ Bixie was bought 9/99 to keep Pixie company after his brother and sisters didn't make it.		/\ They love this Pringles can for sleeping they like to snuggle under a wash cloth too.
The wild mice are all gone now.	We didn't want Bixie to be lonely soooooooooo....	Meet:	Snow Ball

WELLLLL Don't blame Me!! Ole softy here JUST had to help out a Family IN need! Arrived 2-14-00	The Kittens are weedling their way into our hearts (yeah it was a struggle - NOT)	This is Momma - She is keeping ALL the resident animals In line		This is Pepper, We didn't plan on a pup when we went for the kittens/Cat. But come on, just LOOK at that face and tell me you'd say NO?

These are our "Outside" Animals

Turkey is Sage: Hens are: Dana, Foxy, Red, Yeller; Rooster is Sue;	Sage strutting from the attention, she is a trip :) She really only seems to do this for our son. She knows who to flirt with :)	The girl who has the chickens here is convinced the other roosters were wimps and didn't survive the turkey so she named this rooster Sue (as in the song) so he'd grow up tough.	Red, Dana & Foxy

	Seal, is a laid back ole man. Easy Going and had no problem having his picture taken with the kid. \/		Kid with his horse Trixie\/
/\Harriet is a feisty filly. She rules the back field the others she just allows to be there with her. She refused to take her picture with anyone else.		/\Kid, Trixie, & Victoria. Victoria had to coral Trixie to get her to stand still and take her picture with her new owner.		/\Casper we call Piggy. If he isn't sleeping, he's eating :) or rolling around in the field trying to change colors.

With the exception of Trixie, the horses, chickens & turkey are actually Victoria's. She is C's God mom and our adopted Daughter. This was her choice we just kinda became mom and dad. At times it does prove humorous since we would of been extremely YOUNG to have had her. :) We have allowed Victoria to have her horses here since we moved in and she graciously allowed us to have our second BIG wedding using her horses. It was very special I learned AFTER wards she always dreamed of getting married on Casper. We hope to still be here and he still be able when and if she finally does get married :) Victoria is forever adopting animals and we have to keep telling her NO find it a home :)
