November 19th 2002 : Hey, we start recording today. We're once again recording at the Night Deposit in Calgary with Andre who is this rock producer type guy who worked on albums like Metallica's black album and Motley Crue's Dr. Feelgood. Don't worry we're not gonna start wearing spandex pants and wearing lots of hairspray. Actually maybe we should, that would be hilarious. But yeah, we're really excited to start recording these news songs cause well...they're pretty different than our other stuff. Different in a good way. All the songs are about birds. We decided collectively that there are enough bands that sing about drinking, cars and girls and the birds were being ignored. Give the birds credit. When was the last time you heard a good song about an American bald eagle? Or the ballad of the chickadee? These creatures have feelings too and problems that are constantly ignored in the music industry and DAMMIT, not any more. So one of our bird songs will be posted on the website in the next few weeks accompanied by a picture.
