Subject: Return of HGV

It's been a long time since an update and I'm sorry for not answering many emails. I haven't had any time for this site because I have moved to Florida. In the next few days I will be getting things sorted out and I will soon add the huge update that I promised almost 2 months ago.

Subject: New Content

Just a quick update since I have a busy day today...

There is a new Audio Specs Chart section which will contain huge amounts of information concerning audio formats and coding info, etc.

The News Archive and mIRC sections are gone because I think they were unnessecary and hogged bandwidth.

There will be a massive update in the next few days with tons of added format info, tutorials, and downloads, so stay tuned! I will also be adding a proper mp3 coding section since some ppl still have no idea.

Subject: Super Audio CD

At first I was skeptical. A new CD format being pushed by Phillips is official. I read about this format sometime ago, but dismissed it. It was a good idea, but I didn't think the industry would accept it. So much for that.

Super Audio CD (SACD) provides even the most discerning listener with the highest possible audio quality with full compatibility with CD. It was also designed to take advantage of the move towards multi-channel that is rapidly gaining in popularity.

I recently discovered that some SACDs will be available in May 2001 over at CDNOW. One SACD that caught my attention was Train's new release. Drops of Jupiter in multi-channel sound! Woohoo!
