Films that I like		Films that I do not like
A list of the films that I like would be too long for me to list here. Also, the list would probably change repeatedly. So I have decided to keep this list general in nature. (Apart from the first in my list)		There are not many films that I specifically dislike. This list, therefore, is more a list of the type of film that I don't like.
I do like 'The Railway Children', especially the bit near the end on the platform at the railway station. There is always a tear in my eye at that point. I always have a big box of tissues ready when I watch that film.		I tend to find films that contain a lot of gratuitous and unneccessary swearing and sex a complete turn off. Strangely, despite my general nature, I am not that bothered about violence in films (as long as there is some point to it).
I like a lot of the disney cartoon films. Lady and the tramp being one of my favourites.		I also dislike comedies that are not in the least bit funny. But then comedies are more subjective than most genres. What one person finds funny another, invariably, does not.
I also like a lot of sci-fi films.		Another type of film that I dislike are the (what are often described as) 'social' films. They are supposed to depict 'real life', but they are often just sad films. What is the point of making a film that is going to make people sad?
