| Ellis Automotive is a part time automotive repair service, run by me, Billy Ellis. At Ellis Automotive we do all types of repairs, from basic tune-ups and brakes to major repairs such as engine rebuilds and some body work and paint. I have even repaired burnouts. We are in the process of building a new state-of-the-art shop. We are selling a few of our most recent project vehicles. Below are pictures of these vehicles and some description. | This picture is of my most recently finished project. It is a 1974 Ford F100 Ranger Pickup. This truck has a recently refreshed 302 engine from a 1985 Crown Victoria with around 1000 miles on it. Before I installed the engine, I installed a new timing chain and gear set, and refreshed most of the gaskets and sealed any potential leaks. It has an automatic transmission. It has new Liberator (Kelly Springfield) P235/75R15 tires.It has a Sony AM/FM cassette radio. This truck is a good work truck and it is very reliable. It is a 28 year old TRUCK so it is not in perfect condition and has some slight body damage and light surface rust. I damaged the driver side door, but have another door to replace it, just have not installed. The exhaust needs a little work as it has a small leak at the manifold and pipe connection. I would like $1000.00 for this truck, but no reasonable offer will be refused. |
