Peeves is the poltergeist at Hogwarts. He lives (if you can call it that) to creat havock at the school, be it by wrecking antique furniture or soaking students with waterballoons. The only people who can really control Peeves are Professor Dumbledore and the Bloody Baron. If anything goes wrong, it was most likely done by Peeves.
