I had written "Eat My Diarrhea" in 1984 for a band I was singing for at the time called The Vacant. It was inspired by "Hell To Pay" by Dallas band Stick Men With Ray Guns (which, I found out many years later, was in turn inspired by "Psycho Daisies" by The Yardbirds!)
