Step        Location      x = hit                   > follow by

1                    Dan Tian - Abdomen x 3 times ( Heat up palm before hitting )

2                    Zou Shou - Left hand @ 6 lines. Starts from center line x 3 > hit from top to bottom

3                    You Shou - Right hand @ 6 lines.  Ditto

4                    Ming Men - Back of abdomen x 3 times > Center line hit from bottom to top. Right and left lines do the same.

5                    You Jiao - Right leg @ 4 lines. Starts from back center x 3 > hit up > down > end x 3. > outer lines > inner lines*> front center line > end x 3 back center.( * end x 3 beside testicle )

6                    Ming Men - Back of abdomen x 3 times > Center line hit from bottom to top. Right and left lines do the same.

7                    Zou Jiao - Left leg @ 4 lines. Ditto

8                    Ming Men - Back of abdomen x 3 times.                     End of hand and leg hitting.

9                   Wei Bu Qie Pai - Stomach Chopping x 3 times.

10               Dan Tian - Abdomen x 3 times. ( Heat up palm before hitting )

11              Zuo You Fu - Left & Right Stomach both side x 6 times.

12              Xiong Bu - Left & Right Chest x 39 times

13               Sheng Ti Lian Zhe - Left & Right body both side hit from top to bottom to top. ( Hold fits tight high up)

14               Dan Tian - Abdomen x 3 times. ( Heat up palm before hitting )

1        Pai Da Zhu Lun - Tapping of Testicles x 49 times.

Full concentration and stare at a point while tapping.

Deep breath in > hold > lift anus > nose breath out x 9 times
