i think another attack on the US may be attempted on saturday. here is why.

first, here is a mass email i received yesterday afternoon, which makes what seem to be trivial observations of numerological coincidence.

>The date of the attack: 9/11 ... 9+1+1=11
>September 11th is the 254th day of the year: 2+5+4=11
>After September 11th there are 111 days left to the end of the year.
>119 is the area code to Iraq/Iran. 1+1+9=11
>Twin Towers - standing side by side, looks like the number 11
>The first plane to hit the towers was Flight 11
>State of New York - The 11 State added to the Union
>New York City - 11 Letters
>Afghanistan - 11 Letters
>The Pentagon - 11 Letters
>Ramzi Yousef - 11 Letters (convicted of orchestrating the attack on the
>WTC in 1993)
>Flight 11 - 92 on board - 9 + 2 = 11
>Flight 77 - 65 on board - 6 + 5 = 11

i have verified all of the above, and the only part that is false is the bit about the country codes for iraq and iran, which in fact are 964 and 98. afghanistan's country code is 93.

second, here are some additional observations i made yesterday afternoon after receiving the mass email.

colin powell = 11 letters.
ariel sharon = 11 letters.
george w bush = 11 letters.
trade center = 11 letters.
firefighter = 11 letters.
empire state = 11 letters.
penn station = 11 letters.
central park = 11 letters.
saudi arabia = 11 letters.
silverstein (the man who had the 99 year lease for the WTC) = 11 letters.
99 year lease / 9 = 11.
3 planes hit their targets, and 3 in binary is 11.
the four planes' flight numbers were 11, 77, 93, and 175. 9+3=12. 1+7+5=13. 7+7=14. 11, 12, 13, 14.
the previous attack on the WTC was in 1993. 1+9+9+3=22, and 22/2=11.
110 floors tall / 10 = 11.
flight 77 / 7 = 11.
jesus lived for 33 years, and 33 / 3 = 11.
the gregorian calendar is 365 days, whereas the islamic calendar is 354 days, a difference of 11 days.
coincidence = 11 letters.

why the number 11? i have no idea. i have done a little research to see if the number 11 has any significance in islam, but so far have found nothing. however i did find that such numerology is not unheard of in islam - for an example, see "SIMPLE FACTS OF THE MATHEMATICAL MIRACLE OF THE QURAN" at http://www.submission.org/simple.html.

much of this is certainly a mere coincidence. but if a coincidence is sufficiently unlikely, it begins to seem like more than a coincidence. this got me thinking. i decided i would not be in the vicinity of new york city on the 22nd, this coming saturday, since 22 / 2 = 11. then when i was watching the news last night, it was mentioned that 2 of the people who've been questioned were scheduled to fly on the 22nd. paranoia began to seem like foresight. later on the news said the "authorities" are concerned about possible plans for the 22nd. this morning i read this:
"From the information they've gathered, authorities are becoming more and more certain that a second wave of violence was planned by collaborators, with Sept. 22 an important date in the evidence."

therefore, i have written to you to urge you to be extremely cautious on the 22nd, and to stay the hell away from new york city and washington on the 22nd. i'm happy to risk seeming paranoid if it might save a life.
