A series of field days are being organized by Sustainable Earth
and HomeGrown Indiana to demonstrate
opportunities
in a number of areas driven by increased consumer demand
for healthy
and nutritious food products. Farmers and growers are
encouraged
to attend in order to network with other sustainable farmers
and to observe
how these family farms are increasing profits, improving their
quality of
life and at the same time expanding the biological diversity
on their land.
In addition, consumers who are interested in making a connection
with farmers
who are producing healthy, nutritious, synthetic chemical-free
food are also
very welcome.
