This has been an extremely bumpy road to travel down for me so far.  Only in my writing I believe I have reached a peak to where it is on the verge of one of two things.  My mistakes can either become repetitive, as was the case with my first project's revision, or it can maintain a strong path and show with the revision of my second project.
I have, like I mentioned on a LR before, meditated with the help on one of our excursions to Waller Creek.  I have learned to "zone out" per say.  To be able to think of nothing, clear minded, and to be able to just listen to what is around and tune out the loudness of the world is a wonderful feeling. This is what I call meditation.  No worries, in love with the earth and a very deep appreciation for what I have is the outcome of my meditation session.  I hopefully will have yet another one of these meditation sessions with my visit to the Taniguchi Peace Garden. I truly can't wait for this visit because the excerpt written by Taniguchi in our course packet was beautiful.  To be able to see his creation all in the mindset of giving and love will definitely be awesome.
As far as how my progress in this class is I believe strongly that I have a few times been able to step out of myself and see the many advances I have made through not only my writing but my interactions with mother earth and her wonderful nature.

We, as a class, have come a long way and have definitely learned much about each other's writing styles.  The forums that we update weekly now have come in great use to compare and contrast my writing with the rest of my classmates and I have noticed where the divisions are between me and them.  This may sound harsh, for competing with the classmates may not be what was in the mind of Professor Bump, but I have found that this is a driving force for my writing techniques to progress.  Granted I still have the same run on sentence problems, the fragments are still obvious and I may use some punctuation incorrectly but I feel that those are miniscule as to where I am with my word usage and maturity of the pieces I have written about.
