Eigakai, devoted to Japanese cinema

Some of you may be wondering why the page hasn't been updated for some time. It's because I'm working on a major revamp of the site in both content and style. Some of the things I'll be adding are:

* Improved site navigation and better layout

* More information added to movies in the archive.
This will include images, a more in-depth (but spoiler free) synopsis, and more detail as to why I've given a film a particular score.

* The sections for Battle Royale and Ring will be expanded to the extent that they will form mini-sites of their own.

* More up-to-date news and more news features.

* A dedicated Biog/Filmography section

and who knows, possibly even an up to date release schedule ^_^
This will take quite some time, so there won't be any updates to the site for quite a while.
