					Born and raised in New England, but currently in the Southwest, I have three healthy brothers.  I have always enjoyed and excelled in sports, particularly gymnastics.  Through high school I competed on the varsity gymnastics team.  In addition to athletics, I have also always enjoyed academics.  My academic achievements have earned me scholarships as well as an opportunity to study abroad.  Currently, I am married and my husband and I have a wonderful, healthy child.  I feel fortunate to be able to bring a healthy baby into this world.  This has given me the desire to help another achieve their dream of having a baby of their own.  The gift of life is the most amazing miracle this world has to offer.  It will bring whoever receives it an ultimate joy that will be unsurpassed.  My personal ambition is to complete my college education.  Because I enjoy helping people, this has instilled in me the desire to work in the health sciences field.  I would like to earn my bachelor's degree in nursing, and then continue my education to become a Certified Nurse Midwife.  Egg donation will give me the opportunity to help another bring a child of their own into this world, as well as the opportunity to complete my own college education.  This in turn will allow me to assist even more people in their journey through the miracle of childbirth via midwifery.
