    eCollege.com - Denver, CO (1998-Present)
      Heads up the eTeaching Institute – an eCollege resource for preparing university faculty and corporate trainers conducting online training and education programs. Prior assignments were as a Program Consultant, and Instructional Design Consultant. Accomplishments include:
    • Providing extensive consultation to over 12 University campuses -- including one of the fastest developing online campuses in the country, setting up 100+ courses and increasing new enrollments from 20 to 900 students per month and generating revenues to $800,000 per month in 18 months.
    • Developing and leading eCollege's “Creating Successful Online Programs” Workshop -- a face-to-face workshop for administrators initiating new web-based education and training programs.
    • Developing and teaching the “eFaculty Certification Course” designed to enhance the performance of Instructors seeking to create and teach online courses.
    • Establishing the eFaculty eXchange – a virtual space job bank.
