ENGINE 262
Engine 262 is the second line pumper and does double
duty as a tanker for the Edinburg Volunteer Fire Department. 262
is a 1974 Ford 800 Pumper capable of carrying 1500 gallons of
water and has a single stage volume pump rated at 750 gallons
per minute. Engine 262 is equipped with a 3000 gallon drop tank,
foam and required nozzles to fight chemical fires, air packs,
hose and appliances, tools, and ladders.
