AKWAABA (WELCOME) to the Nkrumah Homepage.Nkrumah was born in Yamfo-Ghana on 1947, she was the only child born within her parents but she has a half sister name Paullina Yaa Owuo. My grandma has so many brothers, sisters, cousins and friends because of the extended family system in Ghana. Education was not something that she ever thought of being into because her parents didn't know the benefit of it. she married at the age of 17 to a college student who was nice to her and respected her for who she was. She saw how it is good to be educated through the influence her husband had on her so she decided to let each of her children get at least secondary education, she was one child away from accomplishing that mission.To learn more about My grandma please click one of the links above to see what is in there.
