- Recruits
should be informed that a "Application"
must be completed to ensure that character's name and character info
gets listed on the guild's Roster. Listing this info will
allow members to view stats of other members for grouping purposes.
Without a completed Application that character's info will not
be posted.
- Recruit
people of any class, race or level.
- Recruit
friendly, polite and well mannered persons.
- Officer's
can invite recruits into the guild only after the guidelines for joining
have been completed.
- Guideline's
must be followed so that removal of any members is avoided.

- Only the
Guild Leader and Officer's have the power to remove members from the
guild. Officer's must notify the Guild Leader ASAP after
they have done so.
- Officer's
welcome new members into the guild CHAT so he/she can meet other members.
- Officer's
can invite alternate characters of current members. Alt's may
be any level. Alt characters should be informed to complete
another Application if they want that Alt's info and stats posted
on the Guild Roster. Without a completed Application his/her
info and stats will not be posted.
- If you are grouped
with someone you feel would be a good guild member and is not in a
guild already by all means ask them if they are looking fro a guild
to join.

- When recruiting
a new member the Elder's and guild Officer's should direct them to
the "Dominion Of Souls" web page.
- Friends
from the game or real life friends can be invited into the guild only
after the application and requirements are completed.
- Do NOT
advertise in zone chat or elsewhere that you are recruiting but if
you do see someone asking about Guilds feel free to send them a /tell
and let them know that we are here.
- Do NOT
actively recruit members from other guilds unless they ask you about
your guild.
IMPORTANT: All
current and new member's please periodically complete another application
so we can keep the guild's Roster up to date. Thank
