TaLSA FOUNDATION, INC. Triskelion an Leyteño ngan Samarnon Association or TaLSA Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization registered in the Philippines and in the United States of America.  TaLSA Foundation was setup by Bro. Wendell Cam in Tacloban City, Leyte on February 8, 1998. The main purpose of TaLSA Foundation is to provide assistance to Tau Gamma Phi Fraternity and Tau Gamma Sigma Sorority school, community and alumni based chapters in Eastern Visayas Region. The primary mission of TaLSA Foundation is to, 1.  Assist the chapter organization plan, coordinate, facilitate and initiate their programs and projects, and 2.  Provide financial grants in aid to their programs and projects.
