I could not find much on the
situation for homosexuals in the People's Republic of China, except that
homosexuality is not mentioned in the law. Homosexuals are, however, often
harassed and arrested by the police on very loose grounds. Reports have
been made of police raiding gay bars. I think this is very sad, considering
this is the situation in the most populous nation on Earth, thus making
it the reality for millions of homosexuals.
