My name is Kayoko Nukaga, I am from Japan. Because my husband started to work in UCONN, I came here with him last year. I have been studying English at ESL for a half year, but I am still not good at English. I have to learn English more because it is necessary to communicate with people. I imagine if I can speak English more, my life in US might be happier than now. At that time when I come here, I could say only hello. But now I can speak a little more and I think my listening is better than before. ESL class is very helpful to learn English for me. And I can meet many friends from other country, know each other. It was never happened for me before.
