Today's assignment is on Mitosis, also known as cell division or cell reproduction. You will be visiting four sites as a part of your work. The first two sites have plenty of good, and necessary, background informantion. The third site that i want you to use has a short animation showing Mitosis at high speed, cause we don't have time to wait around. The last site that you will explore has photos of onion root tip slides, showing actual cells in each of the phase of Mitosis. You will be doing an activity using these pictures.
