COVERED PESTS/SERVICES
To defend your home against roaches, non-wood destroying ants (i.e. argentine, acrobat, odorous house, crazy ants, minor pharoah ant infestation, tiny black, etc.), mice/rats, scorpions, pillbugs, silverfish,
wasps (1st floor), spiders. ADVICE is always FREE.
PESTS/SERVICES NOT COVERED
The following pests/services are NOT covered under regular contract, but are available for additional charge:
Termites, Carpenter Ants, Pantry/Fabric Pests, Fleas/Ticks, Flying Insects, Birds,
Fire Ants beyond 10 ft. perimeter, Wasps/Bees above 1st floor, Ecto-Parasites, Parasites, Mites,
Animal Control, Lawn Services, and Exclusion Services.
WARRANTY:
Quarterly service has continuous coverage, while 1 time service has a 60 day guaranty

ACTUAL SERVICE COST IS BASED ON THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF YOUR HOME
Initial Quarterly Service or 1 Time from $129.00 + tax and up.
