The third solution is the most available solution to a company of any size and it is the one that I choose to focus the rest of my interview.   I asked Mr. Martin if he still encouraged the use of hand written airbills.  He strongly discourages any company with internet access to use airbills.  Federal Express provides complete service from their website.  You can enter the information and it will print an airbill using your laser printer.  You take the package to a drop box or Federal Express will pick it up.  Then you can track the progress and delivery of your package through their website.   Below is the actual web page and links that we discussed for a small business.
