Mission:

Dutchess County New York  Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES), a volunteer group of  FCC licensed amateur radio operators, provide emergency support communications for Dutchess County in the event of local disasters and regional mutual aid. Training activities include emergency communication drills and related public service events in Dutchess County.
