Joseph Pach and his late wife Arlene Nimmons performed as Canada's internationally famous Violin and Piano Duo for 48 years. Awarded Honorary Doctorates by both the University of New Brunswick and Saint Thomas University in Fredericton, for their contributions to music in Canada, they were a recognized Canadian treasure. Arlene Nimmons passed away March 2, 2000.
