Virtual Adept Extrodinaire
Jimmy was born James Alfred Fallon 16 July 1987. Born to a mother from Massachusates and a father from Western Kentucky his upbrining was, shall we say eclectic. He soon became an excellent student and still is to this day due in part to his mothers almost obsessive pushing, and an accomplished marksmen due to the training he recieved from his dad. He grew like most normal children and had a normal life, He wasn't as phsyically active as his friends around him, but he was making straight "A"s so his parents left him alone.
Things changed when the family got there first computer. A top of the line 300 Mhz IBM. Jimmy was enthralled with this wonder of modern engineering. Jimmy picked up the skills to required to use the computer in a matter of minutes. It seemed to respond almost before Jimmy wanted it to do something. He had found his calling. Over the years Jimmy worked on the computer, squeezing every bit of performance out of it he could. He also started making hacker friends across the internet, and doing a little of his own. He soon began to draw the respect , and ire, of his much older peers. On his 12th birthday a laptop came in the mail. He hid it from his parents thinking it might be a gift from one of his hacker friends. It was in fact the begining of his inniation into the Virtual Adepts.
Upon booting the laptop up he was greeted with a message. "You are at the edge of the looking glass, to step through, come to the coffe shop down the street"((kinda cheesy and matrixy I know, but it fits)). Jimmy driven by sheer curiousity he walked the few blocks to the coffee shop that night and met with a man who only referred to himself as RizingTzun. He explained to him what was going on, exactly what that laptop could do, and how to reach him, when Jimmy found his " True Potential". Jimmy pondered this as he walked home. Midway down the side walk a car swerved off the road, Jimmy had barely a second to react, he just held up the laptop and was thrown back. The car swerved the oppisate way into a tree. Jimmy lay in the grass, bleeding from his mouth and grumbling in pain, but he was alive and awake, in more ways than one.
The man came to visit him one afternoon while he waas still exploring the laptop, reeling from the experience. Explained to him what had happened, and what he had become. A few months later, the Technocracy tracked down and killed RizingTzun while he was training Jimmy. To this day his parents remain ignorant to Jimmy's abilities and what went on. A VA friend arranged for Jimmy's father's job to be transferred to a new city, Necropolis, to keep Jimmy safe. Jimmy still leads a life of fear, avoiding the Technocracy at all costs
Jimmy is loosely based on me, the player. So when I get more pictures of me I'll post them.No, he is not related to Jimmy Fallon the comedian, so don't ask. I'll also post the character sheet later.
