Ok... Enough of the gangsta rap. It was little Van's berfday, and that meant a weekend full of, what else? food, music, and booze... Food: Fuego was the restaurant of choice, mostly because it is adjacent to Sutra (the Music and Booze component). There was Samuel and Michael... ...and that, of course, was Dan trying to molest Samuel's chest... ...no, I had not started drinking...yet... Long and Holly drove up from Lagrange for the special day... Kathy and James all lovey dovey... Erin was all smiles... So Fuego is known for its Tapas, and now it is also known for it's $10 coconut shrimp plate (with 4 shrimps, so at that price, I even ate the greens!) The Tapas, for the most part, were good... ...just watch out for the banana dessert... ...and as Michael found out, don't order the pork chop... It was fun, but enough of this, let's step up the party one notch... Now that's more like it... Jasmine and her friends... ...all smiles... ...the Yada-Yada sisters... Van with the boyz... Dan and Van with the Ying-Yang twins As you can see, I was the DD of the night. Where's my bottle of Jack Daniel water? Mikey was working his infamous line "uh...what's your IP address girlfriend?" Good old Erin taking care of Mike. Right about then... Van was all happy... ...but the booze kept on coming... Yup, Dan was like that all night long.. Jessie had a "couple" of drinks... ...which brought out her freaky side, but what happened at Sutra, stays at Sutra... It was 4:30am, and there was the berfday girl...trying to keep down the hotdog (and the hic-cups were not helping). We now know how many drinks Van can handle... and it's a lot! So we all slept all day...till that night.. ...when we crawled out of bed for dinner. Dan was a little grumpy still... ...better Van's mom and dad came out... And Dan's too... Even Kathy made it (too bad we couldn't say that about her the previous night!) Happy Bday Van! Till next year!
