It is such a nice creature, this race we have never seen, yet its good works are all over the universe.  All those colonized planets with resources already setup, what could be better?  You could even be lucky to find a spare Propulsion lab orWeapons shop just awaiting your conquest.  See how friendly the alien is.  She greets you when you come on line with a quick melee battle.  Those twin lazers, maybe Ion cannons,  nuclear generators and 250shields just waiting to be scooped up as salvage- way to go alien!    A boost for any developing empire.  If you retreat from the battle you find your entire sector over run, with all those extra planets colonized.  She will slip through undefended planet cannons so you will have to be on your guard, defend them well and with a fleet.

Alien now comes with added bonus; improving fleets!  So that you can constistantly test your abilities.  If those Darkmoons get too much just zip in behind and kill her flagship.

Very skillful the alien is in melee. The AI will go for either the nearest ship or your flagship so even ifyou do win you are likely to lose a fleet.

What can be done:

• The Alien won't kill you, but you can be. killed by the alien if you want to.
• If your better than the Alien it won't attack you, in fact it runs away!
• You need advanced components for yourships.  If your level 1 bad luck, no chance. level 2 make falcons and fit the biggest shield and turbo engine.  Level 3 Corvette production with make srx 500/1000 shields.
• The Alien's AI will go for your flag so make it fast and maneuverable and defended extremely well. So other ships can be lightly defended.
• Retreat if you have taken too much damage and come back if the Alien is weaker.
