DT: When the band was formed? (Current line - up)?.
King Fowley:
DECEASED formed in 1985! it was me and guitarist DOUG SOUTHER. soon MARK ADAMS joined and we got ROB STERZEL on bass after that. Now it's me on vocals, MARK ADAMS guitar, MIKE SMITH guitar, LES SNYDER bass, and DAVE CASTILLO on drums!??

Your Top Ten albums from ever?.
King Fowley:
Always changing some but today.. URIAH HEEP 'Abominog', MSG 'Michael Schenker Group', TRIUMPH 'Never Surrender', Y&T 'Mean Streak', VOIVOD 'Killing Technology', JAG PANZER 'Ample Destruction', SLAYER 'Show No Mercy', IRON MAIDEN 'Piece Of Mind'', BLACK SABBATH 'Mob Rules', ANVIL 'Metal On Metal'!~??

What do you think about THE CHURCH OF SATAN and ANTON SZANDOR LA VEY (RIP)?.
King Fowley:
To each their own. I'm not into any 'church' for any religion. I live my life the best I can for me and those around me! if people 'need' this or want this in their life, so be it! 

DT:
Do you like Punk / Hardcore? ... do you like bands like THE EXPLOITED, CHAOS UK, RAW POWER, RAMONES, CIRCLE JERKS, 7 SECONDS and VARUKERS?. 
King Fowley:
Sure do1 our last release was all Punk/Hardcore relase! I love RAW POWER! early D.R.I., ENGLISH DOGS early stuff, SEX PISTOLS, RAMONES, DEAD KENNEDYS, EAY DIE KRUZEN, MDC, etc...

DT:
Do you agree with those that say a Metaller should not listen to Hardcore or Punk?.
King Fowley:
Nope! I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeee music1 I like what I like! always have, always will! versatile as hell!

DT:
Do you prefer BON SCOTT or BRIAN JOHNSON?.
King Fowley:
BON indeed1 but BRIAN was a good replacement! AC/DC rulesssssssssssssssssss??

DT:
Do you like the old Heavy Metal?.
King Fowley:
Yes! my favorite stuff1 the songs, the spirit, the melodies, the leads, all of it. it is my fave music in world!.

DT:
Your future plans?. 
King Fowley:
to keep playing music deceased loves! and live life to fullest!

DT:
Tell me about the hyper classic "The Evil Side Of Religion" (Demo 1986) how much have you sold it and what kind of response have you gotten?. 
King Fowley:
We gave away well over 2,000 copies in 1986! and sold probably another 1000 then! response was great. it got us out of the gate! its soon on c.d from cursed records!

DT:
Talk me about "Birth By Radiation" (Demo 1988).
King Fowley:
Great follow up1 first time in real studio! better songs and it sold great. about 3000 tapes went out!

DT:
Tell us about your famous "Nuclear Exorcist" (Demo 1989).
King Fowley:
My favorite songs from us til then. production was muddy though! damn engineer was a drug head loser, sadly! but it sold about 3500 copies and got us a record deal

DT:
How does the writing in DECEASED?. How about lyrics?.
King Fowley:
We all write! I arrange most of it and riffs come from entire band. lyrics are mine. I take my time and try and make songs and concepts work in the melody of song!??

DT:
Why DOUG SOUTHER left the band?. 
King Fowley:
He was growing apart from what DECEASED is about. he wanted to do something a bit different and more under his guidance! it worked out for everyone!

DT:
What can you talk me about your work with RELAPSE?.
King Fowley:
It was good they wanted us to sign! We gave them a decade plus of our band and music. We all just 'driftd' over time. we don't care for what they became over time. so we left!

DT:
Tell me about the hyper classic "Gutwrench" (7" EP - 1991). 
King Fowley:
A fun single and something to get the ball rolling with relapse!.

DT:
Are you friends with EVIL INCARNATE?.
King Fowley:
indeedddddddddddddddd! lp is great! Metalllllll.

DT:
What do you think about bands like IRON MAIDEN, JUDAS PRIEST, SAXON? ... the old Heavy Metal
King Fowley:
MAIDEN is best 'Metal 'band ever. SAXON rules too, long time survivors. PRIEST sucks shit anymore! HALFORD is back, who cares??? I don't! dead to me! loved them up to 84! old Metal rules thoughh!

DT:
What kind of things inspire you the most, when making a song?. 
King Fowley:
Emotion at that time! a aura in my brain! a time in life!.

DT:
What do you think about other North American bands?... have you some names to recommend?.
King Fowley:
Heres great bands everywhere! a few in North America are PREMONITION, SKULLVIEW, ABOMINANT, SOULLESS, and BIOVORE!

DT:
Please describe your stage performance. What songs do you play on stage and do you play any cover songs?.
King Fowley:
We give energyy! covers indeed a times from KREATOR 'Tormentor' to tons others! the show energy determins it! as for our own! it varies stuff from all the lps!??

DT:
LINDA CARTER or NICOLE KIDMAN?. 
King Fowley:
LYNDA CARTER for me! she rules in 70s! NICOLE KIDMAN is good too1 both are Metal fuckable!

DT:
Tell us about your friendship with the legend, ROB STERZEL (RIP).
King Fowley:
ROB ruled! quiet but a madman! headbanged faster then anyone alive, sadly some drunk fucker killed him and a few other friends! I wish he was here1 ROB rulessssssss

DT:
Please what is your opinion about UNITED STATES Underground Metal Scene, if compared to the foreign countries?.
King Fowley:
Its good at times, trendy at times, and is what it is. as for Europe I cant' comment I don't live there1

DT:
Do you like KISS?. 
King Fowley:
Yes for many years1 especially make up years1 my first real love for a band was KISS!

DT:
In your opinion, the best North American band from all times?. 
King Fowley:
I'd say probably RAMONES! they are legends and great!!.

DT:
"Luck Of The Corpse" Album (1992) is your best gem?. 
King Fowley:
No! its good and started us off, but to me we got better each lp!.

DT:
How long do you think DECEASED will be around?... do you think you could keep on playing this kind of music when your 60 of age or over?.
King Fowley:
As long as we want! we keep on playing year in and year out. we will to its' not for al lof us anymore!

DT:
Who designed the "The 13 Frightened Souls" (EP 1993) cover?. 
King Fowley:
Some european artist1 we bought the rights to use it on the record! pavel something! it's great!

DT:
Please anticipe us the songs of your new project. 
King Fowley:
Fast and 100% DECASED! as the weird travel on is title1 on our new label THRASH CORNER! look for it christmas!.

DT:
Tell me about your last gig?. 
King Fowley:
It was about 2 years ago! since my health issues its been much time away. we'll return and be fast and aggressive I assure you!

DT:
Do you listen to anything apart from Metal?. 
King Fowley:
Indeed everything I like from BEATLES to NO DOUBT to BLONDIE to SONIC YOUTH to RAMONES to GO GOS to PAT BENATAR. I listen what I like!

DT:
What is your musical direction now days?. Do you pay much attention on your old tracks and old musical style?. 
King Fowley:
Its whatever comes out! We play from our hearts1 melody is there as is speed! all of it!

DT:
Do you like the H.R. GIGER's Art?. 
King Fowley:
Yes! hes got his own style! really bizzareeeeeeeeeeeeeee

DT:
Do you like Hot Dogs with Coke?. 
King Fowley:
I don't drink coke! i like ginger ale! hot dogs are ok i guess!

DT:
Are you satisfied with "The Blueprint For Madness" album (1995)?.
King Fowley:
Yes minus production which relapse ruined in mastering it! i love those songs!!!!!!

DT:
What do you think about ALBERTO FUJIMORI?.
King Fowley:
Don't know much about him l didn't he save something for Peru?

DT:
Tell me about "Fearless Undead Machines" (1997) 
King Fowley:
Zombie concept! we received fantastically! people call it or best LP still! I was happy as hell with it!

DT:
Talk me about the fantastic album "Supernatural Addiction" (2000)?... who designed the cover?... is your fave DECEASED's cover?.
King Fowley:
My fav DECEASED LP! cover was by ALLEN KOWSLOWSKI! from idea I gave him! It's my fave cover art!

DT:
What can you talk me about "Behind The Mourner's Veil" (MCD).
King Fowley:
Fast, short, and to the point! it was an EP to keep DECEASED name out there!

DT:
