Dallas Stars Rule
Stars activate Corson, but place Young on injured reserve
The Dallas Stars have now activated left wing Shayne Corson on Saturday Feb. 28. But have placed right wing Scott Young on the injured reserve list to Wednesday.

Corson, who is 37, and a 17-year veteran who came out of retirement late this month to sign with the Dallas Stars, will most likley see his first action at home against Edmonton on Sunday.

Shayne Corson has played for Montreal, Edmonton, St. Louis and Toronto. Corson left the Leafs during last season's playoffs after having an illness.

Young, who is 36, will miss at least the next two games after having back spasms during the Los Angeles Kings game Wednesday night.
