Just got back from a two day trip with my Dad and my nephews. Went up to Ft. Pierce again but stayed in a little cove well East of the City Marina. Had a good time but it was HOT! Seems I don't remember the last time I went in the summer and nearly regretted it. Scott, Sam and Spencer all helped to sail and maintain the boat. I think they had a good time. Sam and Spencer did throw up in the middle of the night. They think it's because of the heat but I know it was the POUND of candy M&Ms they devourded during the day. We were all awake at 0200 on deck and talking about how hot it was. We eventually got back to sleep....
.... then there was the beautiful sunrise.....
Looking forward to the next adventure.... stay tuned.

Had a great Christmas here at the house. Then went to St. Augustine with the whole Vaughn family for the annual get-together. Wonderful time!!! Hope everyone had as great a time as we did!

Decided it was time for a location change.... moved the boat to a dock on the Ochechobee Waterway well West of where she was in the Manatee Pocket. This puts her 5 minutes from my house. I'm in the middle of a small re-furb project which includes moving the traveler forward to the cabin bulkhead, finishing the upholstery below, having Sailcare, Inc. re-resin my main, new Lazy-Jacks with a new mainsail cover and other misc. stuff. Have the kids Spring Break coming up in April and trying to be ready for a nice trip by then. Also, have a 5 day trip planned with my brother in May. Should be fun, stay tuned for more.
