Ø       With a background in Physics, Chemistry & Biology received Bachelor’s Degree (1981). first class first in Institution from University of Gorakhpur, concentrating on Psychophysics, Physiological Psychology, Philosophy and Logic.

Ø        Master’s Degree (1983), first class first in Order of Merit, won The Wagle Gold Medal and BHU Gold Medal specialized in Mathematical/Quantitative Methods & Econometrics, from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, India

Ø       Ph.D. (1991), from the same University in overlapping areas of Mathematical Control Systems, Economics of Information and Psycho-physiological Behavioral Science to explore Business Organization. (With University Scholarship).

v      After Ph.D., turned to Modeling & Design of Complex Systems & Synergetics, Neurocomputing, Computational Intelligence, and simultaneously continued lecturing, research, writing and consultancy in Project & Strategic Management, International Economics & Developmental Policy Research.
